About the program
The program is hosted by the Department of Chinese as a Second Language at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), which is recognized as the best institute of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in Taiwan. The 3-week program covers intensive language classes, practical culture classes and cultural excursions. It provides students from all over the world an opportunity to immerse in Chinese language and Taiwanese culture with professional and passionate Chinese language teachers. Students are not only able to learn Chinese in an authentic setting, but also get to explore the beauty of Taiwan.
Program Details
1. Language Classes
-3 hours of small-group class, 4 days per week
-Placement into 4 levels of Chinese proficiency
2. Culture Classes: Hands-on experience and in-
depth lectures on various topics of Taiwanese
culture
3. Cultural Excursions: Trips to the historical and
cultural spots around Taipei
